Tekelioğlu Bolts & Nuts Inc. manufactures nuts mainly with the cutting method in automatic revolvers. The reason is that the nut production of Tekelio€lu Bolts & Nuts Inc., is fully consisted of nuts which are privately ordered. As in the other ways of the production, our staff acts very carefully in the production of nuts as well. The raw material used in the manufacture of nuts is carefully selected and checked by our experienced staff as per the demands of our customers.
In addition to the norms of DIN 439, DIN 555, DIN 934, DIN 935, DIN 936, DIN 937, DIN 980, DIN 982, DIN 985, DIN 6915, ANSI B18.2.2 nuts , the strengthened nuts are also available in our production range. Except from those, our company produces nuts in the norms and qualities as per the requests. These products can be produced from stainless steel, brass or another material demanded from our customers from the dimensions between M8-5/16 and M100.
COLD BOLTS and SCREWS
In addition to nuts at different quality and dimensions, our firm produces round head bolts, rivets and plow nuts at various diameter and length on cold shaping presses. Tekelio€lu Bolts & Nuts Inc. offers the products whose length vary between 25mm and 120mm; diameter between 6mm and 12mm in accordance with the samples or technical drawings sent by the customers.

The rivets whose diameter is 12mm and above and the round head bolts whose diameter is 10mm and length is above 120mm are produced in hot-forging method.
